Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or external factors. Beam cannot be held responsible for delays once a parcel has been dispatched to the courier.

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order is on its way.

Orders placed Monday to Friday are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders received on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.
 

2. Delivery Estimates
 

South African deliveries generally arrive within 2–5 working days after dispatch. Outlying areas may take longer. International delivery timelines vary depending on destination and customs processes.
 

3. Shipping Partners
 

Beam works with reliable courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. Tracking details are sent to your email once the order has been dispatched.
 

4. Shipping Fees
 

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Free shipping may apply to promotional offers or orders above a specified value.
 

5. Incorrect Addresses
 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Beam is not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect address information.
 

6. Lost or Damaged Parcels
 

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact orders@beam-skincare.com within 7 days. We will liaise with our courier partners to resolve the issue promptly.
 

7. International Orders
 

International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their local authorities. Beam is not responsible for customs delays or charges.
