REFUND POLICY

A Legal Disclaimer

Beam products are personal-care items. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

The Basics 

We want every tween (and parent) to love their Beam products. If something goes wrong, we’ll make it right.

Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds or Exchanges
 

Refunds and exchanges are accepted only for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. To qualify, items must be returned in their original packaging and unused.
 

2. Reporting a Problem
 

You must notify Beam of any issue within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing orders@beam-skincare.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.
 

3. Return Process
 

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on where to send the product. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or send a replacement.
 

4. Refund Method
 

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Processing usually takes 5–10 business days after the returned product is received.
 

5. Non-Refundable Items
 

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Products that have been opened or used.

  • Gift cards, free samples, or promotional bundles.

  • Items purchased from third-party retailers (please contact them directly).
     

6. Damaged or Defective Products
 

If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and issue a replacement at no additional cost.
